Limited Warranty Guidelines

All cases, condensing units and compressors are guaranteed seven days from store start up or fourteen days from date of shipment, which ever occurs first. On new condensers, compressors and any other new items, the warranty will be honored according to the individual manufacturer.

Warranty on the above does NOT include light bulbs, wet insulation from plugged drains or when cleaned with a high pressure washer, Freon loss, leaks or anything damaged due to this including product loss, spoiled food, etc. Normal wear including nicks and scratches, units with short trim that is obsolete and ice machines of any kind or soft cream machines are NOT included.

Warranty will be for exchange of part or parts only-customers is responsible for freight both ways. SDF will accommodate customer with delivery if there is a truck available for the destination in a reasonable length of time. All other used items are sold AS IS!

A signed freight bill is acknowledgment of the shipment as stated.

Any labor involving removing, installing, repairing any warranty problems must have WRITTEN approval in advance of repair. IF THE ACCOUNT OR CONTRACT BALANCE IS NOT CURRENT, ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID AND WILL NOT BE REINSTATED.

On installation or tear-cut, the customer is responsible for the arrangement of any subcontract work such as crane services, fork lifts, electrical, plumbing and permits at his expense. Customer is responsible for all state codes. The design of material for, or the installation of structural supports, stands, platforms, or towers, whether they are free standing, roof mounted or all supported will be the responsibility of the customer. Installation also excludes finish carpentry, paneling, painting or decor work.

SDF excludes the following items from installation: Electrical connection, wiring panels, etc., other than that required within the refrigeration units supplies. All final connections other than the refrigeration units using PVC pipe for condensation lines from our refrigeration equipment will be done by contractor other than TCB. This includes the final connection to building plumbing. SDF will not do replacement or floor systems, or exterior slabs, concrete removal, replacements or patching.

Changes to the contract must be authorized by the purchasers and SDF in writing.

Orders that cancel after work has begun are subject to a 25% cancellation charge. Warranty applies to replacement of parts only or cases and systems. All other merchandise sold as is. SDF is not responsible for food loss. Customer is responsible for own state sales tax.

This contract is bound by the laws of State of Texas, in Dallas County and all parties agree that suit for collection will commence in the state of Texas. All prices FOB Dallas, Texas.
